Getting a "Please Try Again" Message when Opening A Request for Update Form
I have created an automation workflow that sends a message to a contact in a defined column, requesting information. When the person receiving the email / update request attempts to open the update form (in email), the following message is displayed:
Any idea as to why this would display?

Strange! I've never experienced issues with Update Requests.
If you haven’t already, I recommend reaching out to the Smartsheet Support Team.
