Document mapping moving over when copied

Hello,

Is it possible to have a document mapping also copy over when copying a sheet/folder? I have a workflow in the original folder that runs when a criteria is met to use a document mapping, but when creating a new folder by copying the original the workflow does not run due to the mapping not moving over as well.
