Assigning Tasks

Is there a way to assign multiple tasks at a time? We have a template with generic titles in the assigned to column and I'd like to assign all tasks assigned to Project Manager to myself. Is there a way to do this aside from the "Find and Replace" option?

You could use separate Sheet Summary fields for each title then replace the title in the Assigned To column with a basic reference formula.

    =[Project Manager]#

Then you can enter your name in the Project Manager Sheet Summary field and all of the cells in the sheet will update.

    Hi @Tara Patton

I hope you're well and safe!

To add to Paul's excellent advice/answer.

Another option could be to break out the Titles to another column and then either have a section in the Sheet/Sheet Summary or another sheet combined with a formula in the Assigned To column referencing the Title column and replace it with the correct contact.

    Make sense?

    Would that work/help?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe and have a fantastic week!
