Update request - email notice

Hi All,
Is there anyway to keep the rows from showing in the email when sending out update request notices? It is misleading since the updates need to be made in the form.

You can dictate which fields show in the workflow by choosing all or specific fields.

Since those are the fields that need updated, wouldn't I still need them checked?
