Moving rows to another sheet automatically

I've automated moving rows to another sheet based on date and time. However, the rows are being moved and cleared in the source sheet but they are not being deleted.

This creates a problem in that when next I add rows to the source sheet, they're added to the bottom of the sheet, leaving blank lines at the top. Is there an automated trick to delete the blank rows other than manually?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!
