If an Executive Assistant has access to the CEO's email account (which he uses to access Smartsheet), but for insurance purposes, we don't want that EA to have access to certain HR files, again only for insurance purposes, how can we do that without making the CEO create a separate login for Smartsheet? Has anyone run into that situation? This is only for certain sheets.

In this instance you will need to have a separate Smartsheet account and login for the EA (it can be a Free Collaborator account) and then share this EA to the specific files they should have access to. This way the CEO's account will have access to the HR files, while the EA account will only see what's shared to them.

Since the EA has access to the CEO's email address, I would recommend having a different password for the CEO's Smartsheet account compared to their email password for their inbox.

    Cheers,
