The original owner shown on our Smartsheet permission rights as owner has since left the organization how can I change my permission rights from Adm to owner?

Report Builder Query - Grouping
I have created a report, but for some reason I am unable to group by the Assigned To field, which is not displayed in the drop-down options, even though the field is displayed in the report. What am I doing wrong?
Modified by automation instead of name
Good afternoon, If I send a request for info and there is a check box, if they click on the box via the request in the email, it says it's modified by: automation@smartsheet.com instead of Bob. Is there a way to get the person who clicked on the boxes name on there instead of automation? Thanks
