We have this one unlicensed user who cannot "Email Comment"

We have this one unlicensed user who cannot "Email Comment." He has "Edit but cannot share" privilege on a few smartsheets.

Tried on another browser, another computer. Deleted account and re-created. No success.

We have many other uses that can do it except this user. When I click "Send" button, it tries but no new message (If it is successful, the little window disappears and says "Email sent.")

Checked his personal setting, but did not see anything unusual.

Please help. I would really appreciate it.

    So when he is viewing a comment in the sheet, clicks the comment menu and selects "Send Comment," no email is received by the email address he enters? Is it one particular recipient that's not getting the emails, or any recipient he tries? What if he tries emailing himself?

    What level Smartsheet plan are you on? Is this user's account in your company's email domain, or external?

    Thank you for your response. We are on TEAM plan. When this user does this, there is not a message "Email is sent." Usually, when you click on the SEND button, that is what happens, but he cannot go further. So it does not matter who the recipients are.
