Automated Alerts Dropping Recipients When Using a Template


I created a project template that has several automated alerts. One of the alerts uses the Notify Specific People option, where I have 4 recipients listed. However, when creating a new project from the template, the recipients get dropped. I'm using a workaround, but this doesn't seem right.

Is this normal?

    Hi @Tim Dollmeyer,

    When you Save As Template, you should be sure the setting "Include recipients & permissions settings" is checked before saving as it's defaulted as unchecked (see below). This should maintain those recipients in your workflow.
