Hello @ksandoval ,
Are you wanting to send the alert at a specific day or time? Or is there specific field that needs to be populated in order to send the alert?
When creating a workflow, you can essentially delay the alert by sending it on a specific day and time. You just select "When a date is reached" as your trigger.

The automation we are using is set up where we can not set it to "When a date is reached". We need the Trigger to be "When rows are changed". I did try to set the workflow timing to weekly, but then I got an error message:

So we created a Bill of Materials list to track one of our projects. Currently, we have it to see what we received on 2 sheets to search for specific criteria. The automation we have currently for sending an email is to see any kind of change for our main order items immediately. What we want is to either delay the message and/or send it once a week. We cannot change the trigger because that is the criteria we need to let our team know what items we received for the project.
