Email Notifications for forms not sending emails
I have set up an automation to send an email when a form is submitted. The email automation is enabled, the field for an email is contact list and contains the full email address. What could be the issue?

Hello @beaglemomma ,
Did you change the Automation Permissions in the workflow?
When you select an action, there will be a comment saying "Some recipients may not get notified. Change your permission settings."
Click on the "Change your permission settings." hyperlink and adjust the Automation Permissions then click "Ok".

To add to Desiree's excellent advice/answer.
Ensure that you've checked the Sheet Change Notification Settings box to Include my changes in sheet notifications in your Personal Settings (circle/profile in the lower-left corner).

Hi Desiree and Andree,
I have confirmed the sheet is unrestricted, the users have access and signed up for a account (with licenses). The emails are working which is awesome! Thanks so much for the help on that issue.
Hope you can answer my follow up question... now they receive an email with an ugly yellow color highlighting sections of when a row was added (very unprofessional looking) instead of a nice clean email I receive when I fill out the form and click "send a copy" to myself. How do I solve this issue?

The Placeholder feature makes it possible to collect information from the sheet (usually the same row as the Workflow is triggering from.

Hi Andree,
Since the task I need is for my analysts to send an audit score form right after it is completed (trigger when row added) this might not work for me. In a perfect world, I would like it to look like the "copy email" when you select send copy of responses. That email looks much cleaner.
