I have a two-part question. Add a User and Attachments
I have a Business Plan and when adding a user (a team member) the option to select "unlicensed" user is not listed. Will they still be able to collaborate without having to buy another license? I have field techs that I want to be able to add photos to a project. Can they add directly to the project sheet, or are they required to put them in Drop Box first & then migrate to the project sheet.

@Phil Toler As per my understanding for collaborating, license is not required. Users should be able to collaborate and update data to the smartsheet shared with them with edit access

Deepak is correct; your user wouldn't need a license in the Business plan for those tasks, and they can add the photos/attachments to the sheet directly.
The unlicensed issue is strange.
Can you share a screenshot of where you can't select unlicensed? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help.

I was able to find the "unlicensed user" in another field. I had been looking for it, based on a video I had seen.
