Error message: All unsubmitted comments will be discarded

Hi All -- when my colleague is trying to update his project plan with comments in the Comments column, his comments keep disappearing when he re-visits the project plan. He has Admin access. I can leave comments and mine will stay, and all of my 15 other project managers can. But he can't. It's bizarre. Help?

Try these troubleshooting steps first.

• Check the Smartsheet Status page if there are any reported issues: https://status.smartsheet.com/
• Log out / in again
• Try a different browser
• Try the browsers in Private/Incognito mode
• If possible, check if other users have the same issue

If the steps above don't solve it, and if you haven't already, I recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team and provide the results of the troubleshooting steps above.

I think the "All unsubmitted comments will be discarded" message appears if you have added a comment (and even saved the sheet) but you've forgotten to click on the "Post Comment" icon to post it.

any tips on how to find the comment that needs to be posted? It isn't obvious to me.
