Sending Emails
I am curious if the following scenario is even possible...through my work, we want to notify our vendors of upcoming audits. We have all the vendor names, point of contact and email populated into a sheet.
We have a custom email (professional sounding) email drafted. What my boss would like to see is the name and vendor name populated within the body of the email along with the previous audit date and then have the email send out directly from smartsheet. Is something like this even possible?

Yes that is entirely possible and a fairly straightforward process to set up within Smartsheet.

You'd utilize the Placeholder feature in combination with so-called helper columns.
