When I submit a form, the row is not generated in the smartsheet.
I have created a form that has worked in the past. But I have made a submission, and also toggled on the setting to send a copy to my work email so I know that it did submit properly, but it is not populating on the smartsheet.
I have checked the activity log and the row has not been added. I've also checked at the bottom of the sheet etc. and there is nothing.
I have also searched the unique Quote Number that I made for it, and it does not show up anywhere.
Any ideas on what is going on?

Have you looked at the bottom of the sheet? Also, have you checked the Activity Log to see if it's been added to the sheet?
Was that the issue?
