Is there a way to see if a report filter has been adjusted?
Does the activity log show when a report filter has been changed? For example, say I have a report that filters out cases with a status of "Open". If someone makes an adjustment and removes/changes that filter can you see that on the activity log?

Unfortunately it does not. Smartsheet only tracks changes that are "saved". In other words, if the report does not prompt you to save, the change would not be logged (like removing a column).
