Deactivate a form entry after # of entries
I've been asked to create a form that would allow only 40 people to submit - we are sending the form URL to 60 people and it's first come, first serve
Is there a way to stop entries once 40 are received?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks -Peggy

I hope you're well and safe!
Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!
Here's a possible workaround or workarounds
- Add an alert so you can deactivate the form, or/and have an alert send a message at 40 entries that it's full.
- You could also have the form in a Dashboard and show a message/counter when it's full.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

Hello @Andrée Starå
I did submit the idea 😃
Suggestions on how I can setup an alert for this? I know we are sending the email with the form link to 60 individuals but only the first 40 will get the "free lunch".
Thanks -Peggy
