Anyone else having issues saving in Dynamic View?

    I had the same issue. I figured out that a required text box (red asterisk) was empty. As soon as we added something to the box the blue save button appeared.

    @cjhagerman I wish that was our fix lol. we had no conditions built in to that view at all and the fields were either set to view only or optional, none required. the only thing that made it work was marking the 2 contact fields as read only, which is still odd to me, but I'll work with it as is for the sake of the other 200+ fields we have in there :)

  • Just experienced the same issue and by changing one of my contact fields to read only, we are able to get the lovely blue save button again. STRANGEST THING.

    Seems the problem is that a 'required field' has not been filled in. This happened because someone entered data in the sheet view.

    Going forward, you can change the color of the required fields in the sheet view and let your users know that all those fields need to be filled on.

  • I am also having this issue and have tried the fixes above, but no luck - anyone got any new ideas for this at all?
