#Nested Criteria Error, but only on a few rows. What am I doing wrong?

I dragged it down most of them work and pull, but a select few will give me the Nested Criteria Error.

You’ve nested criteria in a SUMIF or COUNTIF function.

Resolution

Use SUMIFS or COUNTIFS instead, as you can include multiple criteria without nesting.

If your formula works for some rows but not all then there's probably a slight difference in the data being referenced in your formula. Find the difference in your input and it'll point you in the right direction. Hope this helps.
