Count from another sheet
Hi,
I have 2x sheets OTIF-Sept and Report I am trying to Count the total KER -111111 orders and is incremented by 1 every new order.
The count would count all orders in the Sept sheet so on a spare line if I use the following formula
=COUNT([Order Number]:[Order Number]) I get the value I require.
But if I run the below on the Reports sheet I get #UNPARSEABLE
=COUNT({OTIF-Sept Range 3},[Order Number]:[Order Number])
Can anyone explain the reason or what is wrong with the above formula.
Thanks Hargreaves

Set your cross sheet reference by only clicking on the column header for the column you want to count. It should look more like this:
=COUNT({OTIF-Sept Range 3})

I have set up my cross reference as I have another 2 cross references that point to the same sheet hence the
=COUNT({OTIF-Sept Range 3},[Order Number]:[Order Number]) Order Number is the primary cell in that sheet.
