Anyone know how to fix this presentation issue?

So one of my new employees tried to access a sheet they were shared to and this is what they saw. I have no idea why it is presenting like this in Chrome but is fine in Firefox. They don't have the top bar with all the column headers, instead they are all stacked vertically on the left side of the screen, and they can't see attachments to a line to access them even though hovering over the paperclip shows them the attachments on that line? HELP!

Try in another browser and see if the same issue occurs. If not, then just close all the browser instances of the one where the issue occurred and then relaunch and open SS.

Also does this happen with any sheet or just the sheet that you shared?

Double-check the Zoom level in the browser.
