Admin Access not working for Dynamic Views

Hello everyone,

I'm Yashvardhan Vats.

I have admin privileges for the Smartsheet source sheet (screenshot #1) and the relevant dynamic views (screenshot #2) , yet I'm unable to view the admin functions in dynamic view sheets (screenshot #3). I'm missing the blue gear icon displayed in the top right of the right of the screen.

We’ve been dealing with this issue for several months now and have tried everything, it just doesn't work.

Please let me know how to fix this problem or if you've seen a similar problem as this one.

Hello @Yash Vats

Please check the sheet in Smartsheet Dynamic View under General the "Restrict view by current user" is set to "No Restriction - all allows visible to everyone shared"? If this is restricted to a Contact column wherein the current user will only see rows that contain their email.

If your contact email is not listed in Contact column even if your an admin of the sheet, you can't view the content in Smartsheet DV.
