Question regarding Sharing and Contact list column
Hello,
Is there a quick way to "share" a sheet with everyone on a contact list? I have created a smartsheet that has roughly 50-60 contacts who will receive e-mails via automation. Do I need to share this sheet manually? Or is there any way I can add all the names to a share via the contact column?

Each person would need to be shared individually unless you have a group set up already. If you have a group set up already then you can share to the group.
Users do not always need to be shared to a sheet to receive notifications though depending on your settings and how you expect your users to interact with it.

There are two ways to do it. Either as a system admin at the account level (depending on your company's requirements) or at the sheet level.
