Form Responses not showing up

I put together a form and have sent in a test response as well as had someone else add a submission but i am not seeing either show up in my alerts or sheet. how do i fix this? how do i know if i am missing other responses on other sheets?

in the activity log, it is just showing that the sheet was viewed. is there something i should be looking for?

Somebody else had a similar issue, so it could be a Smartsheet Issue.

If you haven't already, I recommend reaching out to the Smartsheet Support Team.
