Somehow all 38 of our rules, 608 of our conditionals and our filters got deleted, can we undo this

Somehow all of our rules, conditional rules and filters got deleted at one time. I dont think this is possible or from human error as it was discussed in another post that deleting multiple rules isnt a possibility.. Is there a way to bring all of this data back?
