Attachment Link Immediately Expired

I have a workflow set up to send attachments to contacts in a column when an attachment is added to the row. The attachment link has worked as expected for all but one user. He received a notification last night, but the attachment link was immediately expired. I ran some tests to other email addresses today, and the links worked fine.

Has anyone else run across this issue recently?

    I have tested a similar solution in my environment and the attachment links opened normally. If this is still an issue and haven't done yet, I would recommend opening a ticket with our Support team via this form. Please make sure to include screenshots of your Workflow setup, the email address of the affected user and the date and time those notification were sent to facilitate investigation from Support.
