can updates to line items include photos?

I have an audit that is conducted and I'm trying to figure a way to automatically send follow up requests to ensure the item is addressed.

Based on a closure date, can I send some "form" or something that asks them to provide closure notes, date it was closed and photo evidence?

Not really sure if this can be done. I know with the forms, attachments can be put in there, but this would not be a form, but a notification from the sheet itself to track closure of findings.

Thoughts ???

    Hi @Tammy Luther

I hope you're well and safe!

    You could use Update Requests.

    Would that work/help?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe, and have a fantastic weekend!

TY - do I just put in the note to add a photo? Guess I'm not sure how best to communicate that.

So the get a notification asking to provide an update for the line item.

How do the add a photo? is there a way to drag and drop?

I am hoping to be pretty simple as I am working with folks not english speaking (irish, german, spanish, etc)

So simple directions for updates would help for success.

    Happy to help!

Yes, you could add instructions to the Message area.

    • On mobile, they would click on "Upload Files" and on iPhone, they can select from the Picture Library, Take a photo or select a file.
    • On a Mac, it opens up to selecting files.

    Would that work?
