Error trying to open form on the Mobile App

There is a device at work (Android tablet) that periodically stops being able to open forms from the App. We get the error message "This action isn't available right now. Please try again later". The form works perfectly on every other device. Its not a internet connection problem or seemingly anything in the settings, and it doesn't matter who is logged into Smartsheet on the device (including myself who's the owner), and it will randomly start working and stop working.

Does anyone know what the cause of this error message is? I haven't been able to fix it through any troubleshooting. I'm pretty sure there is nothing wrong with Smartsheet or the form per se, as it works for everyone else, so I think its a device problem. But I can't find anything in the app settings or device settings that looks wrong.
