Unable to upload documents from Remote Desktop to Smartsheet

Hi Team,

I can able to upload documents from Local desktop to Smartsheet but when I try to upload from Remote Desktop to Smartsheet, nothing happens and attachment disappears.

Kindly anyone help me on this.

This article lists the supported online resources in Smartsheet to upload attachments for files not locally stored. If you do not have access to any of the listed resources and you'd like to request Remote Desktop to be also supported, when you have a moment, please let our Product team know about your feedback by filling in this form, here. Thank you!

If you are using a listed resource and yet, the attachment doesn't seem to upload, I would recommend opening a ticket with our Support team via this form if you haven't done yet.
