Adding a Chart but its not showing all my data from Source

Hello,

I'm new to SmartSheets, so started off by using the PMO template. I've populated all my project data o the Intake Sheet, add new metrics to the Portfolio Metrics, so far so good. I'm adding a new chart to my dashboard leveraging the new metrics I created, I don't see all the metrics I added, only the pre-delivered ones. I don't see any options to expand the dataset...where do I go from here?
