Dual Purpose Form/Spreadsheet

In need of some assistance and ideas.

Current State: I have a form that is populating the responses submitted by a client into a single worksheet. However, some of the required information is not able to be submitted at the time of entry. So, we give the client access and they update the fields when they receive the information.

Ideal Future State: I am wondering if there is a way at all to build a secondary form with the three fields we need, and when submitted it then id's and populates the correct cell based on a unique ID, like "Store Name"

Use the "Send Update Request" feature which you can automate if you so choose. To manually do it, just highlight a row and choose "Send Update Request". Then enter their email address, type a message, then on the Include area at the bottom select the cells you want to show them. For context, you may want to include more then just the cells they left blank. If you select all the cells you made them fill out within the form, it will display what they put in the form to them.

It will send them an email with the update request. They don't have to do it right away. Once they have the info you need they can use it at that time.
