Approval requests not sending email notifications

Hello,

I am experiencing a weird annoying bug.

I have a sheet with multiple rows where each row needs an update request at a different time from a different email address.

I know that I have set up everything correctly because I've been using the sheet for 3-4 years with no issues.

But for the second month in a row, some rows are not being sent to my employees.

I can see that the update request is pending. So what I have to do is that I have to send the update request NOW. Instead of being scheduled. And then they do receive it.

The update requests are set up for weekly updates. And every week there's a problem with a different row. I was looking for some patterns, but I can't see anything wrong...

Hope it makes sense and there's some explanation :)
