Dynamicview adding ' sign in my sheet dropdown option

Hi, I am currently dealing with an isolated issue with one of our clients. We are using Dynamic View to give our third-party project team access to our risk register. We have to do this as we are using Smartsheet as a common data environment for a big portfolio with over hundreds of projects.

The issue is that when the team selects a score from the sheet drop-down list in Dynamic View it automatically adds a ' sign to the score causing the formulas to return '#INVALID OPERATION'

any ideas on how to sort this issue?

To clarify, the sheet is being updated by our third parties using DynamicView, when they select a scoring in the dropdown list, it automatically adds ' sign before the number resulting to the picture below.

the column formula is a simple

Try changing up your formula to this:

=((VALUE([Likelihood / 4]@row)*VALUE([Consequence / 7]@row))
