Referencing a range of cells in another smartsheet

Hello, I'm using the COUNTIF function to count the number of "Pass" in a range of cells in a separate smartsheet. I need to count the same items and cell ranges in 50 different smart sheets. For example, I need to count how many "Pass" are in a column called Test Process in the China smartsheet between rows 2 and 71. I need to count how many "Pass" are in a column called Test Process in the Australia smartsheet between rows 2 and 71. I need to do this for 50 different smart sheets. Is there any way to easily identify rows 2 through 71 in the formula so that I can just copy and paste from China to Australia with simply changing the name of the referenced sheet in the formula?
