I've been trying to use PMO to create an ideal sheet to manage our podcast productions without much confidence. I need the following tasks included, each with their own Due Date and responsible person:
Confirm New Interview
Record Interview
Rough Cut for Review
Final Cut for Review
Post Episode
Promote Episode on Social
Do you recommend a specific template over another, or any other tips or suggestions you can give? I've watched tutorials and webinars but wanted to see you the community has to say.
