Mobile users on iOS 16 should avoid using custom keyboards

Hi Community,

We were recently made aware of an issue with our mobile app which is causing crashes for Smartsheet users on iOS 16 using custom keyboards. If you are experiencing this issue, please reach out to Smartsheet Support.

We are monitoring this issue and will update the community when it is resolved. In the meantime, mobile users on iOS 16 should avoid using custom iOS keyboards.

Update: our team has identified that an Apple bug on iOS 16 is causing app to crash when using custom keyboards. We have disabled the use of custom keyboards with the Smartsheet mobile app until Apple releases a fix.

Getting Error About Emulated Environments
