Can you reply to the email you receive after filling in a form?

After filling out a form, you have an option at the bottom of the form to email a copy of this to yourself.

Once receiving the email copy, are you able to reply to that email and have the response become a comment in that line on smartsheet?

I know you can reply to emails on smartsheet and have the response become a comment when the email itself has the button "reply in smartsheet", but I was hoping you could reply to that email you get after filling in a form as well.
