Aging report

Has anyone built an aging report within Smartsheet? I am looking to track the following three items

1. time between when a row is submitted and the team is responding
2. from the time a JIRA ticket is submitted and the status is changed to close
3. Status column when it moves from client to closed

You may need to have the Automations copying to different sheets for tracking changes to different cells.

I would do this by creating a modified date column on the sheet and an Automation to copy the row to another sheet when a specific cell is changed. The date/time in the modified column won't change once it arrives on the other sheet. Then you can write formulas to pull out the time and date and do some formula calculations to obtain the duration of time between changes.
