Ideas On How to Provide Form Links

We have some sheets that we created and wanted to use forms in order for users to submit data. My curiousity is what are some ideas on how to provide form links to users? Do most just provide the link in their email signatures? We have some sheets strictly for internal users and external users.

It depends on what the form is for.

• Embedded in a Dashboard
• Shared in an Alert
• Shared in an Update Request
• Homepage
• Link in Sheet Summary or somewhere in the sheet

@Andrée Starå The sheet is a simple project sheet to track internal issues/concerns. So ideally we want any managers/supervisors to have access to this at any time to report any issues/concerns. We'll be having a running weekly meeting to go over whats in the list. I want to put this link somewhere that is easy to get to.

I'd recommend adding it as a bookmark or saved favorite on mobile in the Smartsheet app.

If you have access to WorkApps, that could be another excellent way to share it.
