IF formula with Multiple conditions- help required

Hi,

I am trying to work out the forumla that is based on a lead time field (manually entered) vs turnaround field (automatically calculated on dates) , the formula I want has multiple conditions which I am struggling to put into one IF formula, would appreciate anyones help - thanks/

I want to have a formula that says:

IF the turnaround time is more than the lead time then it is 'Not Met'.

IF the turnaround time is less or equal to the lead time then it is 'Met'

IF the turnaround time is blank then the field is blank, (doesn't say Not Met or Met until the turnaround time is filled)

Thank you.

    Hi @Laura Byrne

    I hope you're well and safe!

    Try something like this.

    =IF([Turnaround Time]@row = "", "", IF(AND([Lead Time]@row <> "", [Turnaround Time]@row > [Lead Time]@row), "Not Met", IF([Turnaround Time]@row <= [Lead Time]@row, "Met")))

    Did that work/help?

    I hope that helps!

    Be safe, and have a fantastic weekend!
