conversation in a report

I have several projects (individual sheets) that feed into one report and a team of people who need to overview these several projects at once - mostly by looking at calendar to see various things happening in each day - see screenshot. I just discovered that I cannot have a conversation with the entire team in this report unless I link it to a specific row in a specific sheet. Please see screenshot as example. The calendar is showing all the things happening (they are different experiments - we are a scientific lab) - I would like to have a conversation with the team in conversation window about the entire grouping of projects, so that everyone can see it as soon as they open the report, and not to link it to a row/sheet. Is that really not possible?! I am new to Smartsheet so maybe im missing something.

Unfortunately, it's not possible now to add comments that aren't assigned to a row or sheet, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• You can add comments to a Workspace
• You could add a Comment Row in the sheet(s) and use that as the comment for the calendar.

Make sense?
