Smartsheet Upload to MS Teams

For some reason, our company can no longer upload the Smartsheet app into any of our channels in MS Teams. Our IT folks have tried many different ways to enable again with no success.

We keep getting a message that an admin has to approve uploading SS but our admin folks have already approved. I am the owner of a MS Team and really need to map my SS projects to several channels.

Can someone help us figure out what is the issue.

Thanks for the information. I will pass on to our IT person. He has insisted he did all that but who knows. Will check back in again once he replies
