Same login for Control Center Gov and Commercial?

I understand that an email address can only be connected to one Control Center account, but since Gov and Commercial are separate, can the same email be used in both environments to create separate blueprints or do I need separate to use two email addresses? (ex: company commercial vs. client gov)

Best practice would be to use separate email accounts - one for Commercial and another for Gov. 

Although using the same email address may be possible, it's not advised as it increases a risk of potential issues.
