Report Not Showing Sheets for Other User

Hi,
I have a report link that is attached on an email. The report contains "3 Sheets." However, one user with editing permission is having issues with the report for which when they click on the link, it shows "2 Sheets." All these sheets are in the same workspace and I, being the administrator, all 3 sheets loads up. I've worked with the user in clearing their browser history and cache for which it logged them out. Please help in figuring this out. Thank you
