Setting up a sheet with names

How can I have a calculation sheet where all the names of the main project sheet will appear on, automatically? So for example, someone new has joined the project. They have a task now, on the main project sheet. I would like this person's name (so they are in the "assigned to" column) to show up on the calculation sheet with a formula of some kind.
