Centralized location for all forms links

Hola,

I am developing a lot of tools that include forms for data collection. Looking for a creative way to provide one link (a dashboard comes to mind) for the end user to minimize the links they need to keep track of. My department has over 15 groups, some links would need to overlap. Are there recommendations on how to display in one dashboard (or another solution) where the user only sees what applies to them rather than having numerous custom dashboards.

• Report with Current User
• Premium App, WorkApps
• Premium App, Dynamic View
