Formula Help with multiple conditions

I have a "Client" column in an external sheet. I want to have the matching "Client" names Counted IF another column "Color" in the same external sheet NOT ISBLANK.

For example:

to give me:

I was able to get the followings to work when the rows are in the same sheet:

=IF(NOT(ISBLANK(Color@row)), (Client@row), "")

Assuming your cross sheet references are setup correctly as {Color} and {Client}, you could use the formula below...

=COUNTIFS({Client}, Client@row, {Color}, <>"")
