Why can't I download my backup file?
I'm trying to download my backup file from 10/23. However, when I click on the link, a box appears that states "Starting Download..." It then disappears, and I don't see a ZIP folder anywhere. Am I missing something?
EDIT: I tried downloading others. The only one that is in the process of downloading is 10/2.
