for ex, evter in a column "1" and it generates a job title. also, can i combine that with multiple jobs in each cell??

Yes. there is fairly simple way to accomplish that with automation. Click on Automation on the top left corner of the screen. In the dropdown menu click "Create a workflow from scratch."

In the Trigger part, change Any Field to the column where you want to enter the numbers.

Change Add a Value to 1 (or 2 or 3).

In the Select an action part, click on Change cell Value.

Select the column where you want the jobtitle to go. (Can be the same as the number column.)

Enter the new value, e.g. CEO or dishwasher.

Repeat for all numbers.
