Can I restrict view/edit to a select list of users to use/see a particular column in my project shee

I created a sheet that tracks our projects and all members are editors so they can contribute and update their project information. However, I want to add a column that can be viewed/edited by a subset of the users. Is it possible?

Is it essential that some users shouldn't be able to view all information?

If it is, you have two main options. Premium Apps, Dynamic View or WorkApps

Is that an option?
